ISOLATION OF SPOILING MICROMYCETES IN LIGNOCELLULOSIC RESIDUES OF CEREAL CROPS

Вторичное лигноцеллюлозное сырье является самым крупномасштабным возобновляемым ресурсом на планете. Пожнивные остатки, в частности солома злаковых культур, повсеместно сжигаются, создавая угрозу экологии. Одним из способов использования вторичного лигноцеллюлозного сырья культивирование высших грибов. Однако энергоемкость термической предобработки субстрата для выращивания грибов ограничивает их производство. В данной работе выделено 23 изолята плесневых грибов, засоряющих пшеничную, ячменную и овсяную солому. Выделено 2 штамма гриба Trichoderma longibrahiatum, являющегося патогеном целлюлозоразрушающих Изолировано два Pleurotus ostreatus дальнейшей работы по защите культивирования с помощью микроорганизмов антагонистов. Lignocellulosic secondary raw materials are the largest renewable resource on planet. Crop residues, in particular cereals straws, burned everywhere, creating a threat to environment. One of ways use lignocellulosic crop waste is cultivation higher fungi. However, energy intensity thermal pretreatment substrate for growing mushrooms limits their production. This work identified isolates mold fungi that spoil wheat, barley, and oat straws. Two strains fungus cellulose-destroying edible mushroom pathogen, have been isolated. were selected further protecting with antagonistic microorganisms.
